Property Owners - If the operators of Scottsdale Vacation House are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither Scottsdale Vacation House or its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Maricopa County, Arizona, any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Maricopa County, Arizona, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue.

Scottsdale Vacation House listings run on an annual basis. Due to the fact that the vast majority of the work involved in promoting vacation properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (creating the ad, adding photos, etc.) Scottsdale Vacation House is only able to offer a partial refund once your first listing is online. If you wish to remove your rental property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the Scottsdale Vacation House listing and reactivate it at a future date during your paid annual term. Your Scottsdale Vacation House listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).
If you sell your property, you can transfer your Scottsdale Vacation House listing to the new property owner for a one time $10 listing transfer fee (normally paid by the new property owner). NOTE: No refund will be given.

Vacation Rentals by Owner reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the Scottsdale Vacation House Web site, it becomes the property of Scottsdale Vacation House and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the Scottsdale Vacation House web site without written permission.
